Jennifer
Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their capacity for growth and healing. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Texas A&M University–Central Texas, and her Master of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University.
Jennifer has received specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Sand Tray Therapy, and more. She has experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including children, first responders and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Jennifer strives to create a safe, judgment-free environment where individuals can express their truest selves. She takes great joy in walking alongside clients on their healing journeys, fostering resilience, self-compassion, and empowerment.
Outside of the office, Jennifer can be found at the beach, traveling and spending time with family.
Alan
Alan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals find purpose, heal from challenging life experiences, and recognize their inherent self-worth. He earned his Bachelor of Psychology from Grand Canyon University and his Master of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University.
Alan is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities. His clinical approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care.
As a combat veteran, Alan brings a high level of understanding, empathy, and authenticity to his work with veterans and individuals impacted by trauma. He strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to process their experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
In his free time, Alan enjoys spending time outdoors and practicing martial arts.
